ASHTANGA YOGA KICKSTART

In this 15-day program you get the tools to create a solid basis for a sustainable self-practice. The practice is adjusted to your abilities according to the tradition with individually guided classes. You learn about Yoga, the Ashtanga Yoga system, philosophy and practice, on a (almost) daily basis for that extra kick that many of us need to get started.

PREPARATION & PAYMENT

Hopefully you are as excited as I am for this program!

 

Preparation & what to bring:

  • Take enough rest the days before the program

  • Wear comfortable clothes during classes

  • Bring a towel

  • You can go through the workbook that you will receive through mail (and hard copy during the workshop)

 

Payment can be made cash at the yoga shala or via a bank transfer on my MCB account 41830503. The costs are $195 per person. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message.
